This site is normally accessible to users at all times. However, Codelab Creative may decide to interrupt it for technical maintenance reasons and will then endeavor to inform users in advance of the dates and times of the intervention.

6. Limitations of Liability

Codelab Creative cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment when accessing the Maliz.ai site and resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications indicated in point 4, or from the appearance of a bug or an incompatibility.

 Codelab Creative cannot also be held responsible for indirect damages (such as loss of market or loss of a chance) resulting from the use of the Maliz.ai site.

 Interactive spaces (possibility to ask questions in the contact space) are available to users. Codelab Creative reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content posted in this space that would violate the applicable law in France, particularly the provisions relating to data protection. If necessary, Codelab Creative also reserves the right to challenge the civil and/or criminal liability of the user, particularly in the case of racist, abusive, defamatory, or pornographic messages, regardless of the medium used (text, photograph, etc.).

 In France, personal data is particularly protected by Law No. 78-87 of January 6, 1978, Law No. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code, and the European Directive of October 24, 1995.

On the occasion of using the Maliz.ai site, the following may be collected: the URL of the links through which the user accessed the Maliz.ai site, the user’s access provider, the user’s Internet Protocol (IP) address.

In any case, Codelab Creative only collects personal information about the user for the need of certain services offered by the Maliz.ai site. No personal information of the user of the Maliz.ai site is published without the user’s knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned, or sold on any support to third parties. Only the hypothesis of the repurchase of Codelab Creative and its rights would allow the transmission of said information to the prospective purchaser who would in turn be held to the same obligation of conservation and modification of the data concerning the user of the Maliz.ai site.

The site is not declared to the CNIL because it does not collect personal information.

The databases are protected by the provisions of the Law of July 1, 1998, transposing Directive 96/9 of March 11, 1996, on the legal protection of databases.

Any dispute related to the use of the Maliz.ai site is subject to Monegasque law. Exclusive jurisdiction is attributed to the competent courts of Monaco.
